  I would like to know how BMO Harris can justify charging $10.00 to cash a check written from this bank? Any other bank a state ID would suffice.
  As a Christmas gift, I received a check from my parents. Instead of depositing it into my bank, I decided to go th the bank where the check was written from to cash it, unfortunately, I was told that it would be Ten Dollars to cash a check, since I didn't have an account there, so the bank has to nickel and dime x10. Luckly, my father who has Alzheimer's was having a good day and could sign his name in order to endorse the check.
  What a Shameful practice for a bank, when people are just try to get by.
