  I have been a customer and have known Karen since the day she opened her Batavia jewelry store thirteen years ago. Her creativity in design and redesigns have been the cornerstone for her business success and you can see the joy in the faces of her customers when they continually return to her store for more bling or just a hug. Her honesty and integrity have always been front and center with her friends and customers and these are the qualities that she has used to build her successful business. Not only do these qualities shine through in her business but also are apparent in her unwavering dedication to supporting the Fox Valley community. K. Hollis Jewelers is a rare find and one I will continue to embrace and share with my friends and family.

  Our experiences with K Hollis Jewelers, from Karen (the owner), to her very knowledgeable staff have always been exceptional! We had a vintage family ring reset and are beyond happy with the entire experience. Karen also, on a regular basis, opens her business and heart to do charitable works. We will go back to K Hollis over and over again. Thank you Karen and Crew for all you do!

  I’m a bit disappointed by this store. I only wanted to have a link inserted to my watch and they wanted to charge 15$ for that. I also didn’t get a good vibe from the lady who first greeted us nicely, but then dismissed us very fast. The store looks really nice, but I won’t go there again.
