  Don't get your gym membership here. Called to cancel some pay by month classes, not my membership. They told me I had to call corporate and they are open till 6pm central time. Called at 530 and got a voicemail. They didn't update their systems for the time change 3 days earlier. Called this location again and talked to the manager. Since I tried to call before 6 and couldn't the manager said if I come in he would take care of it. Went in, filled out the paperwork and he told me it was cancelled instantly. Find out today they charged me for another month. Went in again and the manager Chris the same guy I talked to the other day. He told me he ment it was instant in his system not corporate system. I asked why he told me it was instant and left out that it a not instant with corporate. He told me you never asked. I mentioned that since he told me it was done that he should have told me I would be charged. He said I shouldn't have assumed it was the same with corporate and proceeds to get confrontational with me.
