  This place is disgusting. Floors, tables, walls are filthy. Went into the women's restroom and there was NO HANDSOAP. I informed the manager about this and she stared at me blankly. I then told her that this meant the employees were cooking and serving food with dirty, contaminated hands. She continued to stare at me blankly. I canceled my order and left.

  I love Steak n Shake. Unfortunately, this location is a little short on the service end. IDK... we dined in, needed to order a meal to take home, that opportunity never came up, dropped our bill and never saw her again. Ended up driving thru Wendy's on the way home for my husband's burger.
