  From start to finish, Tom and his company far exceeded our expectations. Tom took time to thoroughly review the needs of our home when we began the process of purchasing a new furnace and a/c (the home we purchased had 'original', and they weren't working so well), and without sales pressure, helped answer questions and guide us to the best match system for our needs. The installers were friendly, competent, and worked hard until all work was completed well. My favorite part was the follow up appointment, provided at no charge, to come in and inspect the work and answer questions and really, really ensure that our new systems were up and running perfectly. Tom and Confident Aire, Inc earned every part of these 5 stars.
