Had original package and receipt from baby Katan. It didn't fit so we wanted to return it. Apparently since 2017 this is no longer possible due to changes in store policy. There is no way we could have know policy would change. With original packaging and receipt we should not be given any trouble for something like this. After arguing and getting told 3 times returning is now against policy we finally got an exchange... then as we were handed our receipt they stapled a copy of their new return policy... that was the last straw. Goodbye Buy Buy Baby. You are now boycotted by me and my extended family... I will be sure to tell everyone I know so u don't have to deal with those customers any more and they don't waste their time with subpar service
